Here are all your options, with required information for each

Option #1 - Regular Season

Requirements: 

  1. Ninja's Full Name​

  2. Ninja's Nickname

  3. TWO high quality pictures (front/back)

  4. Team Logo (with consent to use the image)

  5. Season Details, include year, season and wave.

    1. Example: 2024-2025, Season 5, Kids

  6. Three Categories (from below) with details/answers;

    1. Competing Class:

    2. Favourite Obstacle:

    3. Personal Best:

    4. Proudest Moment:

    5. Favourite Gym:

 7. Brief athletic write-up (40-50 words)
