Welcome to Ninja Warrior Bros. Trading Cards' shipping policy! Here, you'll find all the information you need about our shipping methods, packaging, and costs. We believe in providing a transparent and reliable shipping experience to ensure your satisfaction with every order.
All of our orders are sent in a protective plastic shield (with the option to upgrade to a hard plastic case) and a piece of cardboard to keep things flat during shipping. We send via Canada Post in a standard white envelope. This is the default shipping method.
At Ninja Warrior Bros. Trading Cards, we are committed to delivering your custom trading cards with care and efficiency. If you would like to coordinate a pick-up delivery to an upcoming competitions, that is an option that just needs to be communicated with the order.
Return & Exchange Policy
Ninja Warrior Bros. Trading Cards is dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our custom trading cards. If for any reason you've changed your mind about your purchase or are dissatisfied with a product, please reach out to us via our Contact page. Based on the custom nature of this product we don't currently offer refunds/returns, but are happy to exchange cards and work to a resolution. .
